Marios has a yoga studio in his home overlooking Cracken Edge in Chinley, in the High Peak area of the Peak District. There is space for him to take groups of up to twelve and also to offer yoga lessons to individuals or smaller groups where there is a need.

The studio is fully equipped with mats, blocks, wooden bricks, blankets and belts and there are also useful pieces of equipment including trestler and back-archer.

Class times are currently:-

Wednesdays 10.00 am-12.00 pm

Saturdays 10.00 am-12.00 pm

The classes are paid for in blocks of 5 or 6. Prices are £10 for a 2 hr class and £35 for an individual lesson.
