Live classes in Letchworth
Marios teaches live classes in Letchworth – with 2 classes each Tuesday at Mrs Howard Memorial Hall, Norton Way South, Letchworth Garden City SG6 1NX.
Please bring your own basic kit, plus a yoga chair and bolster if you have them. We have spare equipment for beginners to use in class.
Tuesdays 09.30-10.30 Beginners’ class
Tuesdays 10.45-12.45 Intermediate/experienced class
Car parking on site, or free in some nearby streets, and the venue is less than 10 mins walk from the station.
Class fees £10 beginner/general, £20 intermediate, or £25 for both classes. Please email us if you would like to join.
Online classes – live-streamed on Zoom
Wednesdays 08.00-09.00am: early pranayama practice – more sessions will be scheduled in the new year.
Thursdays 09.00-11.00am: general/intermediate – please follow the Bookwhen link for dates
Sundays 09.00-11.00am: experienced/teachers – please follow the Bookwhen link for dates
Students should have already attended regular live Iyengar classes with Marios or another certified teacher. If you would like to join the Sunday experienced/teachers class and are not known to Marios please email us first.

Cost is £13 per 2 hr class and £10 for the pranayama practice. There is an option to book for 2 sharing the same screen for £24 or £18. There is also a 10 class pass available for £115 which can be used for either the Thursday or Sunday class. Payment is taken electronically and you won’t receive the link to the class until payment has been made. You can book right up until the class starts, and you can also transfer your booking to another class up to 1 hour in advance. If a date is not listed on the booking system it means that Marios is either teaching elsewhere or having time off!
You will need Zoom installed on your laptop or tablet. Please familiarise yourself with the Zoom app on your chosen device. You do not need to have a Zoom account to attend a Zoom class.
Make sure that Marios can see all of you and your mat as much as possible!
Teacher’s disclaimer
All students must have their camera switched on. The IY(UK) have stated that teachers must be able to see all their students online, just as in a regular class. By booking a live-streamed class you assume responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages known or unknown which you may incur as a result.
